out of the 220’s for the first time in foreveeeeeer!!!!
That’s a loss of 2.4 pounds since last tuesday. I wish I actually felt happy about it. I think I’ll start feeling better when I’m out of the 220’s finally.
I have 185 followers though I know nobody really cares what I write on here. Mostly because of the whole spiratic posting and the whole failing at losing weight thing. But this blog is for me and I’m going to try to tackle weight loss yet again.
I’m going to start Alli next week and hopefully I’ll have few ‘treatment effects’ from it. Today I’m going to start working out and on tuesday I started eating better. I’m going to post my daily food and exercise on here along with all the inspiration I find.
I don’t see how else things will get better, I just need to lose 100 pounds….no big deal right?
My absolutely amazing boyfriend surprised me with some. We’ve discussed it and thought it would be good for me to try it but it’s soooo expensive. Anyway he surprised me with some and I’m just wondering how hard it is to stick to the 30% of calories from fat. I don’t make dinner at home and my mother doesn’t keep track of calories or fat or how much of anything she puts in her food. Should I just start making my own meals? And is it hard to do if you make up your own meals?
