Oh so exciteeeeed. I weighed in at 221.8 this morning which is 18.2 pounds lost all together and 3.2 this week.
I guess my boyfriends plan for me is working out =]. I’m really happy to be succeeding not only for me but for him too. =].
I’ve ‘tried’ losing weight more than I can remember, so here I am trying one more time. My amazing boyfriend is helping me come up with an exercise and eating plan. The hardest thing I’m going to do is only weight myself once a month….sooo hard especially since I usually do it everyday.
March has been a terrible month thus far, first my grandmother passes, then I find out that I have a gene mutation that affects my blood and although it’s decently common it can cause many major problems. Now I’m just getting over being sick (the sickest I’ve been in a very long time, I felt like death). All while dealing with cramps.
Anyway I’m going to try and turn this month around and make the end of it great. This nice weather is putting me in a go getter mood. =]
I’ve been feeling very unmotivated, plus I gained. I’m back up to 225 =/.
Today I am starting right where I left off though. I’m eating a whole lot better this time and I’m sticking to my workout. I’ll be doing my treadmill plus some stuff on the wii fit.
