Apple cider vinegar has so many amazing health claims (among other uses). From the research I’ve done it can help your body internally and externally and it can also be used around the home. There’s a few reason why I’m starting to take ACV on a daily basis….
I will be absolutely ecstatic if it does all of these things, but if it doesn’t then oh well. Apple cider vinegar is looked upon as a holy grail by some and BS by others. If anything at least I’ll be getting potassium in my diet.
I’m starting with small dosages of ACV because it can bother the stomach. I plan on taking 2 teaspoons 3 times a day to start. As time goes on I will work my way up to 2 tablespoons. I’ve read on a few websites that it’s best to take the vinegar before every main meal. I on the other hand am going to take it as directed on my bottle (this company has been making ACV since 1912 so I assume they know what they are talking about). This is when I’ll be taking mine…
If you’d rather not use honey you can use stevia or just don’t use any sweetener at all. I’m not quite used to the taste yet so that’s why I’m using honey.
Please do not drink apple cider vinegar on its own if you plan on taking it daily. The acidity can harm your teeth. Some people even advise drinking the mixed drinks through a straw.
