My absolutely amazing boyfriend surprised me with some. We’ve discussed it and thought it would be good for me to try it but it’s soooo expensive. Anyway he surprised me with some and I’m just wondering how hard it is to stick to the 30% of calories from fat. I don’t make dinner at home and my mother doesn’t keep track of calories or fat or how much of anything she puts in her food. Should I just start making my own meals? And is it hard to do if you make up your own meals?
